What happens if I've not signed to say all work is my own in A Level art?

I've not been into my sixth form for a while and when I went back for the last day of term I discovered that we needed to sign a form to say that all of the work we'd done was our own.
I went to do it and they said they'd already sent everything off so I can't sign.

Everything should be fine - you may not have been a sample candidate so don't worry about it. If the exam board needs you to sign, you'll be contacted by the school. They won't just NOT count your work on a technicality like that. They'll just send the form back to the school for you to sign if it's a problem.
