The only 2 objectives left at the moment are Determine the fate of the Elven Race and Kill Goldo and his pet. I know where the bridge is where you can see the wheel you have to turn. But I cannot find where to go to get there. Can anyone help?

You have to turn that wheel by sending some of your blue minions across the river, there should be a little path that they can take down to the river just to the right of where the bridge should be.
