is it what? do you mean is it ok? i am a christian woman who has done art modelling in the past for drawing classes. it is depending on the person who is drawing for art purposes, if they can view it expressly as art and their intentions are just to draw the human form then i think its fine but if it causes feelings of lust or doing it for the wrong reasons then i don't think it's right. people will disagree but this is my own opinion. you need to make your own opinion too.

Has anybody seeing this smoking poster or any art work?

I am working on a paper for school and we have to look for an art that is deceiving or has a hidden message. I remember a while back at a doctors office I saw a poster of a really pretty girl smoking but then in the mirror it shows her really ugly or her insides something was rotting away because of smoking does anybody have any idea were i kind find something like this or this poster on-line?

Ideas for an art club fundraiser?

I'm the newly elected president of my school's art club, and am very excited and honored to be in the position. However, the club is in a bit of trouble fund-wise this year, and we need to make two to three thousand dollars. I need some big ideas, my vice president and I have gone through the obvious things, like selling artwork and we are already in a merchandise fundraiser. Anyone with any big ideas? There's a company called DoodlyCouch that offers workbooks and journals for all sorts of people - they have one specifically for kids, as well. These are drawing journals - so you draw out the answer to "How do you feel today?" instead of writing it. They sell the books on Amazon and on their website (www.DoodlyCouch.com), but they also have a fundraising program and they let you make money by selling their books, with no money up front and no minimum order.

You could combine this with something fun like an art contest and prizes maybe?

Can you suggest me some decorating ideas -page borders please ....

Since you have so much information to present, I suggest typing it out nicely with bullets and headliners. Perhaps you could put the white paper on colored construction paper with the country's/state's colors? Matting the white gives it a professional look. Since it's India, maybe use some tassels or jewels around the edges of the words...or even some satin for the background. You could really dress it up if you discover fashion in that area. You could totally make the background look like a Sari if you tried. The main points that you need to focus on would be arranging everything into categories.

Is a giclee print, art print or stretched canvas print better?

There is a painting I have always loved, but I don't want to get a basic $10 poster. I want something that looks decent but won't cost me an arm and a leg. What is the differences (good and bad) between a giclee print, art print, and stretched canvas print?

I think it is best to do a Giclee. Most of the expense is in the scan which is about 50.00. If you can take a good picture yourself of your art you can take a CD with your digital picture into the digital printer and have them print it for you. Then you can stretch your canvas yourself. I have a 16 x16 painting and the giclee was ninety dollars which included the scan (a one time fee) and stretching the canvas. When I took in my digital picture and stretched the canvas myself the exact same size cost $12.00. You can always paint over your giclee to enhance it and then seal it with varnish.
