shoudl i order an item from amazon or tiger direct?

they have the same item at both. we have an account with amazon, but not tiger direct. if we woudl need to make a return or something, is it better to order direct from tiger direct as opposed to having ordered it through amazon but the order was fulfilled by tiger direct anyway?
